A deep conversation about your history, lifestyle, and goals. We order an individualized lab panel at the end.
Week 5
A written, multi-page plan delivered to your portal. Annotated labs, recommended protocols, and three months of action.
Months 2 – 12
Regular practitioner visits, quarterly retests, and a direct line to your team. The work is recursive, not linear.
